In accordance with the Google Play User Data & Account Deletion Policy, this official page enables devotees and users of Anhad Mala — Digital Jap Counter to permanently delete their account, cloud profile, and all associated sadhana records, whether using the mobile application or this web portal.

1. How to Delete Your Account & Associated Data

You can delete your account and all data through either of the two official methods below:

Method A: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)

If you have the Anhad Mala app installed on your Android device or in your browser:

Open the Anhad Mala application.
Tap the Devotee Profile avatar / icon in the top header.
Ensure you are signed in with your registered account.
Scroll down to the Account & Security section.
Tap “Delete Account & Wipe Data”.
Confirm the deletion prompt.

✓ Result: Your Firebase Authentication account and all Firestore sadhana documents are permanently destroyed immediately in real time (0 seconds).

Method B: Web-Based Deletion Request (Without Installing the App)

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your device, submit your deletion request directly using the secure web form below or by emailing up.values@gmail.com.

I request the permanent deletion of my Anhad Mala account, all recorded malas, chant sessions, custom slokas, and cloud backups. I understand this action is irreversible.

✓ Deletion Request Received

Your account deletion request for has been submitted to the Anhad Mala administrative team.

All records associated with your account across Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore will be permanently purged within 24–48 hours (maximum 7 business days). A confirmation will be sent to your email address.

2. What Data Is Permanently Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data categories are completely and permanently removed:

3. Data Retention Period & Policy

In-App Deletion: Immediate (0 days). When triggered inside the app, data is deleted in real-time.
Web Request Form / Email: Processed within 24 to 48 hours (maximum 7 calendar days).
Data Retained: NONE. We do not retain, archive, or sell any personal data after deletion.

4. Deleting Sadhana Data Without Deleting Your Account

Devotees who wish to clear their history or reset streak counters without deleting their login credentials can do so in the app:

Clear Local Device Data: In the App → Devotee Profile → Data Settings → Reset Local Storage.
Export Before Deletion: You can download a complete offline JSON backup of your records anytime via Profile → Offline Data Portability → Export Backup before deleting your account.
